Follow these steps to install and use MobileREVS:
1. Setup and run an election in REVS (more info)
2. Download and install MobileREVS application on the cellphone
     - You can do it through your computer-cellphone connection, or pointing your phone browser to
       MobileREVS jad/jar file location
3. Generate a certificate to MobileREVS servers and install it on the cellphone (optional)
     - Generate a certificate with the command "keytool" in the command line
     - Import the certificates to the cellphone through your computer
4. Run application and configure access to the election
     - In the application login screen select the "Settings" option
     - Configure the "Election URL" to the public url of the election, provided by the election administrator
